Monique Class
Monique Class, MS, APRN-BC, FMCP-M, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, educator, and Co-Founder of The Center for Functional Medicine, where she specializes in integrative functional gynecology and whole-person care. With more than 25 years of experience in nursing, functional medicine, and integrative health, she brings a unique perspective that bridges clinical expertise with mind-body approaches and health coaching.
Monique is a leader in advancing functional medicine education and practitioner development. She serves as Senior Faculty for The Institute for Functional Medicine and The Center for Mind-Body Medicine, Director of Coaching Development for the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy, and Clinical Instructor at the Yale School of Nursing. She has also contributed to research and publications advancing the fields of functional and integrative medicine.
Through her clinical practice, teaching, and international lectures, Monique explores the connections between women’s health, nutrition, stress resilience, mind-body medicine, and behavior change. Her work empowers practitioners and patients with practical strategies to cultivate vitality, resilience, and lasting health.
