Ashley Turner
Ashley Turner, LMFT, is a licensed psychotherapist and pioneer in women’s mental health and psychedelic medicine. With over 25 years of clinical and contemplative experience, she is redefining midlife and menopause as a neuropsychological and spiritual inflection point—not merely a hormonal event.
Ashley specializes in supporting high-functioning women navigating perimenopause and menopause through her 360º Menopause Mastery Framework—an integrative model addressing the physical, mental, emotional, nervous system, energetic, and spiritual dimensions of midlife transformation.
While the mainstream menopause conversation centers on hormone therapy and lifestyle interventions, Ashley brings a trauma-informed, depth psychology lens that recognizes menopause as a profound remodeling of identity, neurobiology, and purpose. Her work bridges neuroscience, Jungian frameworks, somatic therapy, feminine leadership and psychedelic medicine—positioning microdosing and psychedelic-assisted therapy as one powerful pillar within a larger system of structural healing and integration.
After her own initiation through postpartum depression coinciding with perimenopause, Ashley recognized a glaring gap in the way women’s midlife mental health was being addressed. That led her to found The Portal: Microdosing for Menopause Mentorship and The Haven Membership, innovative programs designed to support women in recalibrating their inner architecture during this pivotal life stage.
Ashley’s expertise has been featured in The Washington Post, Women’s Health, Yoga Journal, Health, Shape, Self, Well+Good, Sounds True, and more. She has been named one of MindBodyGreen’s 100 Women to Watch in Wellness and one of the 100 Most Influential Yoga Teachers in America by Sonima.
Through a science-informed, depth-oriented, and culturally conscious approach, Ashley is leading a new movement in women’s mental health—one that recognizes midlife not as decline, but as a neurological and spiritual initiation into power.
